We are seeking a Construction Supervisor with substantial construction experience to fulfil a position dealing with leisure and lifestyle products.

This role is focussed on supervising and coordinating various crews of specialist workers so that they build products on time, to the correct specification, and within budget, while creating a customer experience that is exceptionally favourable.

Ideally, you will be a trade-oriented person with specific skills in building and construction. It is essential to possess a demonstrated ability to effectively supervise others along with the ability to relate well to customers.

Within this position, you will be required to:

  Plan and co-ordinate work to be completed in a timely manner


• 
  Manage and direct team members effectively and clearly


• 
  Ensure clear and effective communication with customers


• 
  Ensure team members carry out a high quality of work


• 
  Offer customers professional, friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable service on-site


• 
  Maintain complete records of construction processes, inspections and approvals


• 
  Develop and implement training plans, programs or sessions to improve team understanding and adoption of company values


• 
  Strive to improve own skills in staff, project and/or productivity management
