Excellent opportunity for a sheet metal/HVAC/R tradesman with construction exp to step into site management

Your new company

• Tier 2 contractor in the air-conditioning and mechanical services construction space
• HVAC across large-scale construction projects; high-rise residential, commercial and industrial
• Well established in the Sydney market with strong future growth plans

• You will be reporting directly to the Construction Manager
• Overall management of site and air-conditioning and mechanical services installation project delivery across high-rise residential and commercial construction
• Initially assisting with large high-rise unit construction in southern suburbs before moving on to a brand-new project

• Ideally from a trade background; sheet metal, HVAC, refrigeration
• Project experience within the high-rise residential construction space and commercial experience highly advantageous
• High-level of motivation, attention to detail, strong communication and mechanical building services knowledge

• Perfect opportunity for a skilled tradesman with solid leading hand or supervision experience looking to take on more responsibility and step into a site manager capacity
• Salary package dependant on experience; circa $90K - $110K + allowances + super
• Strong project pipeline and excellent company growth plans
