Your new company
This organisation are a well-established construction and development company with proven success in a range of commercial sectors. This company have a comprehensive approach which encompasses the entire property development cycle including site acquisition, design, planning and construction. The value of the projects this company delivers ranges between $10M and $50M, however predominantly between $10M and $20M. Due to several projects about to commence in the coming weeks, a position now exists for an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

Your new role

• Preparing programmes
• Conducting toolbox meetings
• Ensure OH&S and quality standards are met
• Coordination of all trades on site
• Working alongside the Project Manager to ensure efficient management of operations
• Responsible for projects to $30M in size
• Daily and monthly reporting

• Qualified in carpentry or relevant tertiary qualifications
• Previous experience in a Site Manager role within the local Melbourne market
• Experience working for a Commercial builder based in Melbourne
• Experience successfully delivering projects in excess of $5M
• Strong communication and time management skills
• A positive, ‘can do’ attitude

• Exposure to the whole cycle of construction from design through to delivery
