Your new company

Leading, multi-disciplinary consultancy who have over 50 years experienced and work across a wide range of projects including infrastructure, urban development and built environment. They are currently looking to strengthen their leadership team with an experienced technical manager to join the team

Your new role

You will be responsible for managing a team of talented engineers, designers and drafters working on multi stage developments throughout Victoria. You will be required to lead from the front and using your technical capabilities, lead the team to achieve excellent service within deadlines. Having overall responsibility for engineering and design, you will review the work of the team, assist with any technical issues, liaise with clients and deal with local authorities. You will also be required to mentor and train the team. Managing project workloads and business development

What you'll need to succeed

• You must be an experienced manager with a wealth of Victorian industry knowledge including VicRoads, MRWA and Council regulations.
• An excellent track record of leading & managing design teams to achieve results
• This role will see you guiding and mentoring the design team, therefore you must have lead teams and come from a background in design using 12D and AutoCAD in the land development/Master planned community sector
• Strong business development and client liaising capabilities
