Your new role
Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining software developed using the WebMethods tool.
• Working with business analysts and user groups to design and develop integrations utilising the WebMethods tool.
• Providing technical advice to user groups based on a good understanding of the capabilities of the WebMethods tool and of integration design patterns.
• Testing and debugging across a variety of products (WebMethods, SQL Server, Oracle SQL)

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience with web services using open standards such as REST, SOAP, XML / XSLT / XSD to provide integration between web-based applications
• Advanced Unix skills highly desirable as well as experience using Oracle SQL, PL SQL or similar technologies
• Experience with Java (JNDI / JMS) and .NET to successful architect and deliver application integration
• Experience using WebMethods 7.n (and onwards) or similar technologies in an integration framework
• Experience in request fulfilment or similar within a Government Department
