Civil project engineer and civil contract administrator required for civil contractor.VIC.$100k-$120k+sup

Tier 3. Victoria. $120-130k+super. Earthworks exp ideally. Location flexibility essential

Your new company
My client is a Tier 3 national civil contractor that delivers a variety of earthworks related projects up to $50m across water, landfill and defence. They are based in 3 other states and set up down here 3 years ago. They are aggressively growing their business and breaking into various sectors. With an excellent Ops Manager, a really approachable likeable, well net worked individual. Someone excellent to learn under.

All candidates must be flexible- must be based in central Melbourne but able to work regionally during the week on projects if required.

Initial project will be $40m West Melbourne.

Your new role

Contract Administrator- $100-120k+ super
Responsible for all commercials and financials. You must be familiar with contracts, legal implications and overall how to control a project from a contractual aspect. Manage sub-contracts & supply agreements
Progress claims. Quantity surveying background would be beneficial.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 4 years experience as either of the roles and have worked for similar sized contractors on similar scale and type projects ideally here in Victoria. Projects $200k- $50m

If you are applying for the contract administrator role you must have worked on civil, building, infrastructure projects.
