Your new company
My client is well established tier 3 builder based in the inner suburbs who are looking for an experienced, ambitions Site Manager to join their team to work on 2 x $2M Luxury residential projects in Williamstown (on the same road).

Your new role

  • Managing trades
  • running toolbox meetings and driving OHS standards
  • Managing luxury residential projects from start to finish
  • Working with the PM, CA and other internal stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed
  • Experienced working on high end homes (1M-2M+ build cost)
  • Ambition to commit to a great firm for the long term
  • A few years experience working for a similar operator in Melbourne.
  • Carpentry background preferred but not necessary
  • Keen eye for detail is essential.
