A leading construction company in Melbourne's south east who specialise in multi-residential sites between 5 - 40 townhouses, has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced site manager on a 6 Townhouse site in Knox

Your new role
Managing one site only, this role will see the successful candidate be responsible for delivering a double storey townhouse project within achievable time frames and budgets. Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Manage the full construction process from structures to hand-over
• Management of sub-contractors - both external and internal
• Implement and manage OH+S procedures on-site
• Attend all program meetings and help with the delivery of project within the construction time frame
• Keep full site documentation of all day to day activities on-site

What you'll need to succeed

• To be considered for this opportunity you will ideally possess the following attributes:
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor / Manager on large scale townhouse project
• Carpentry background preferable
• Strong verbal communications skills and be highly organised
• Excellent understanding of OH&S processes
