Your new company
This reputable builder developer has over 30 years of proven success in the delivery of commercial projects across new build and fit out. Their collaborative approach and unique structure has ensured they’re well placed in terms of project pipeline well into 2021. Due to this strong pipeline of work, a permanent position is now available for a Site Supervisor to join the team.

Your new role
You will be responsible for:

• Your initial project will be a $2M Industrial fit-out project in Melbourne’s North
• Rolling your sleeves up and hanging doors, skirting, decking and ADHOC tasks
• Conducting toolbox meetings
• Ensuring OH&S and quality standards are met on site
• Coordinating trades and working alongside the Project Manager to ensure the smooth running of day to day operations

What you'll need to succeed

• You MUST be a qualified carpenter
• You must have a First Aid Certificate (Level 2 preferably)
• Proven experience in a Supervisor role with a commercial builder based in Melbourne
• A strong ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders and subcontractors
• An attitude which reflects our client’s culture which is positive, and solutions focused
• Ability to read drawings
