We are currently seeking applications from Verification and Validation Engineers to join our dynamic Verification and Validation Team.

We are open to accepting applications from Graduates and new Engineers with 1-2 years’ experience.

Let’s Talk About The Team And You

The V&V Department is responsible for System Verification and Validation across all Business Units. It is also responsible for designing and automating (where possible) effective test methodologies.

The Engineer role will work predominantly within a cross-functional project team to determine the scope, develop the strategy, plan, perform and document system level verification and validation activities for ResMed products, in accordance with Regulatory and Quality System Requirements.

The role’s primary objective is to plan, document and perform system level design verification and validation activities for ResMed products, in accordance with System Requirements.

As the Verification and Validation Engineer, you will take on the following core responsibilities:

  • Verify and validate the end to end system design of all new products as part of product development prior to product release.
  • Design and automate (where possible) effective test methodologies and test instrumentation to ensure designs meet their specifications and user needs.
  • Test designs and analyse results utilising technologies, automation and data analytics to ensure compliance to quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate and build productive working relationships with focus on growth mindset.

You are a detailed person, highly organised and has a strong verbal and written communication skills.

And To Get Us Really Excited, You Have
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechatronics, Biomedical, or Software)
  • Knowledge of and strong interest in programming languages such as Python, C/C++/C#. Passion and/or experience in Embedded Systems programming is a plus!
  • Demonstrated some level of experience in new Product Development environment, preferably related to product verification/validation (can be through projects if you are a Graduate Engr)
