We are currently looking for a WHS Project Specialist to join our Advisory Services business, based in Adelaide, South Australia.

In the role of WHS Project Specialist, you will provide support to the existing project team by developing safety management systems and processes. You will provide expert level WHS guidance and advice, develop and deliver training and lead working groups. You will develop systems and processes for legislative compliance, governance and certification purposes.

As WHS Project Specialist, Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Providing specialist work, health and safety input
  • Identifying and assessing risks to mitigate any negative risks
  • WHS risk reviews and updating the hazard log
  • Compliance, governance, assurance and investigation
  • Working with the leadership team and operational personnel to develop, implement and maintain management systems to support strategic objectives
  • Safety culture improvement


To be successful in the role of WHS Project Specialist, you will need to bring with you:
  • Experience developing safety management systems and processes
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in building and maintaining stakeholder relations
  • Relevant qualifications and knowledge in Australian WHS legislation
  • A driven and self-motivated approach to work
  • The ability to set priorities, multi-task and work under pressure
  • Strong initiative and ability to influence stakeholders


Candidates will need to be eligible to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance.
