The Building Supervisor & Company Nominee position requires a QBCC Open Builders License and must not be a Nominee for any other company.

This position is Townsville based. Applicants must be local.

As nominee you will bring knowledge, experience and systems to the company to ensure jobs are completed by our subcontractors to the highest quality, on time, within budget and safely.

Communication between our providers, suppliers and subcontractors has been a big part of our success and as supervisor you will keep this to the highest standard.

Workplace Health & Safety will also form part of your role.

Minimum requirements for this role are:

• QBCC Builders Open or Supervisor Nominee License
• Manual Driver's License
• Police Clearance
• Trade Background (Carpentry or Roofing would be an advantage)

As our company's services include all trades, any trade background will be valued, you may be required to help other trades. Some light site duties including deliveries of tools, access equipment and materials to site are a daily occurrence.

Daily duties may include but not limited to:

• Supervising multiple trades over multiple sites.
• Scheduling work, equipment and staff.
• Ordering materials.
• Meeting with clients to assess and report jobs for quoting.
• Check measures and take offs.
• Quality Control 

This Position is flexible with hours, and days worked.
