The role

Our Civil Design Cadetship Program provides a two year paid employment and training program for people seeking to build a career in the civil design industry. You will need to be entering the first or second year of an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering and you must have full Australian work rights.

What is on offer?

Successful applicants will work with us on casual basis through the course of their studies. We will offer casual work through term time and non-term time. This will be a flexible arrangement to ensure your studies are always a priority.
We will support you to balance other priorities outside of studies and work
Cardno will provide financial assistance towards your study costs up to 50% per annum
You’ll rotate through multiple teams and be exposed to varied and diverse projects
You’ll be offered mentoring and buddy support through the course of the cadetship and
Participation in some structured professional development learning opportunities
You will be guaranteed employment based on successful completion of your studies and the cadetship
