The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced SMP/Construction Project Engineer for NPI Brownfields Projects, namely Camp Modifications This position is predominantly based in the Perth CBD with site visits as required.
Project execution of 10 camp site projects simultaneously
The Project Engineer will assist the Lead on the Execution Strategy
Deals with all contracting
Liaising with all stakeholders
Strategic planning & analytical analysis of the plans
Work across different projects at different areas within each project
Average Project $1 - $4M mark with the average time 18 months
Experience & Attributes
Relevant 4 - 8+ years' experience in Brownfields NPI Projects within the mining/resource sectors.
Understanding of BHP systems & policies
Project Management qualifications (preferable)
Relevant SMP/Civil Engineering Degree
In depth knowledge of NPI Projects modification/construction methods and procedures, reporting for cost, schedule and quality.
Need to be driven & able to manage multiple different demands
Able to execute strict deadlines & timeframes
Ability for solid application to processes & compliancy
The role is predominantly practical & hands on
