WHAT WE DO

Calibre Group is a diversified Professional Services and Construction specialist. We provide a broad scope of engineering, consulting, construction, project delivery and management services across Australia and New Zealand.

Our Urban Development project portfolio spans master planned communities, large-scale subdivisions, medium-density townhouses, retirement villages, industrial, commercial, civic and public infrastructure projects. Our clients are varied and diverse and include developers looking to maximise their land’s development, government agencies creating or improving public infrastructure and community spaces, and institutional and corporate owners expanding their portfolio or refurbishing existing assets.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Our team are experienced in delivering comprehensive design and documentation for all forms of land development and civil infrastructure. We are involved in all aspects of the development process from land rezoning, conceptual design and feasibility studies to detailed design, contract documentation and contract administration.

Day to day your role will have a strong focus on managing projects and providing technical leadership and advice to project teams as well as overseeing the design of a broad range of engineering projects. You will manage progress reports, liaise with clients and provide advice to internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM

You will be a natural problem solver with a passion for solving complex design issues, you will enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders and being part of a multi-displinary team and driving project outcomes. You will also have;

  • A Bachelor of Civil Engineering or other relevant qualification (RPEQ would be advantageous)
  • Demonstrated expertise in a broad scope of urban development projects including large scale residential subdivisions
  • Well-developed commercial acumen and demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and key stakeholders
