JOB DESCRIPTION
DAY WORK ELECTRICIAN
We currently have a permanent vacancy for an experienced Electrician to join the Maintenance Team at the Bathurst Plant.
Reporting to the Maintenance and Facilities Manager, the successful applicant will hold a relevant trade qualification as an Electrical Fitter/Mechanic and an Electrical License (Qualified Supervisors Certificate).
This is a salaried day work position with responsibility to cover shift positions on a 7 day continuous shift roster including nights, weekends and public holidays as needed. The role will also incorporate research and development activities.
Experience in fault finding, control equipment, and the installation and modification of electrical equipment within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable. High voltage training, first aid certificate, working at heights and confined spaces tickets would be an advantage.
