JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for an experienced, motivated and customer centric Senior Support Analyst to join a large national professional services firm with headquarters based in Brisbane CBD. The successful candidate will be a part of a collaborative and cutting-edge team working on supporting and maintaining their customers cloud platforms, infrastructure, systems and environment.

This is an exciting year with some major growth within the business and they are really looking forward to growing the team in 2021. 

The position:
Working within a close-knit team with an amazing culture, you will be the senior escalation point from the Service Desk providing technical system support from a Level 2-3 basis. This support will be across a vast array of MS technologies, including large enterprise applications. With a customer centric approach, you will be troubleshooting MS Server, Azure cloud, Cisco network, equipment and service-related problems all within Windows based environments. There are opportunities for technical development and project related work as the business grows.


The ideal person will have the following skills and experience:

  • 3-5 years experience in the IT industry, working within a L2 Desktop Support capacity.
  • A strong understanding and use of customer service techniques, SLA's and KPI's.
  • Experience working within a team environment and can be collaborative at all levels.
  • Incident management experience, escalating issues through the use of ITSM tools
  • Ability to work autonomously, highly motivated and be a self-starter
  • Excellent problem solving, documentation and written skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills. 

Technical skills required for this role include:

  • Level 2/3 support experience within an enterprise environment 
  • MS Server, Office 365, MDM Management, Azure AD, Exchange, Group Policy, Remote Support
  • Network troubleshooting skills, LAN, Wireless, DHCP, IP – VOIP Telephony
  • Experience using ITSM tools for incident management (e.g. ServiceNow, JIRA)
