• Based in Port Melbourne, you'll be managing phone and email contact with clients
• Monitoring and managing incoming quote requests from Tier 1, 2 and 3 customers in the commercial construction industry, focusing on front of wall sanitary ware
• Processing quotes in a timely and efficient manner
• Liaising with Suppliers to secure best pricing opportunities and maximise profitability
• Work closely with our team of Account Managers to identify customer needs and provide competitive pricing
• Regularly liaise with Account Managers regarding the management of customer accounts
• Liaise with Account Managers and clients to follow up existing quotes
• Actively maintain a strong product knowledge of goods being supplied
• Maintain professional contact with internal and external stakeholders
• Preparing product presentations and documentation as required

• Experience in retail plumbing/sanitary ware sales (a detailed understanding of sanitary ware product is crucial)
