What You’ll Bring

With tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering or equivalent, you will have demonstrated experience in large scale mining operations and an understanding of key drivers in surface mining productivity (load & haul, drill & blast etc). You will be a self-starter and someone who thrives on a challenge. Your exceptional relationship building skills coupled with your ability to engage and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of business partners will also ensure your success in this role.

A manual ‘C’ class driver’s licence will be required, and you will demonstrate a strong commitment to personal and team safety. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively distil information for senior leaders will be essential.
