12 Month Maximum Term Full Time role initially

This is a highly rewarding and challenging Building Support Coordinator role, operating within the busy Building and Construction Team located in Robina. Be part of a thriving and dynamic department which will utilise your skills and Customer Service expertise!

Reporting to the Building Support Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively managing customer expectations by ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner
  • Effectively communicating and maintaining the professional link between Metricon customers and site personnel to ensure feedback and resolution
  • Attending to handovers with Site Manager
  • Providing administration support to our Site Managers, Construction and Building Managers
  • Completing and managing data entry and report compilation; and
  • Maintain and constantly develop thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services and processes in order to confidently interact with customers.

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Extensive experience in customer support within a fast paced environment
  • Reliable vehicle and a clean driving record as attending handover presentations to distant areas is required
  • Experience within the building and construction industry is highly regarded, however not essential as full training will be provided
  • The ability to multi-task, set priorities and achieve deadlines in a timely fashion
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook computer systems and exposure working with database systems
  • Professional and effective interpersonal and communication skills, including exceptional written and verbal skills; and
  • A proactive approach to all tasks undertaken within a dynamic environment.
