About the opportunity
The Manager, Land-Survey reports to the Senior Manager, Land and is responsible for managing all matters relating to the identification of land, creation of maps and plans, management of land parcels in the GIS system and survey as part of the acquisition, purchase, management and disposal of land for project purposes. The role will involve providing advice and managing to achieve all things necessary from a survey and mapping perspective for private, government and Crown land matters including reviewing preparing and lodging plans under the relevant legislation.
This is a key project role required to support development and delivery of land for the project. As the Manager, Land-Survey, you will work independently, but be supported by the Senior Manager, Land to develop a range of maps and other tools to define the Project area for internal and external stakeholders and advisors.
To be successful in the role, you will need to be someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, delivery focused environment. You will be a born problem solver with the ability to form positive working relationships with a diverse range of SRLA project teams, external stakeholders and technical advisors.
