About Your Role
We are currently looking for a People Development Partner for our Engineering team in our Airspace Mobility Solutions business based in Melbourne. This is an exciting and busy role which will support and work with our Engineering Resources Centre Managers on a variety of focus areas including strategic workforce planning, engineering training plans, engineering career development plans, culture and employee experience.
This role will have a lot of interaction and partnering with internal stakeholders in our business with ultimately a focus on supporting, promoting, identifying training opportunities for our incredible engineers and for the earlier mentioned strategic workforce planning. In addition to this there will be administrative activities in the role day to day which include updating and monitoring dashboards, visual management and KPI’s, keeping track of budgets and arranging meetings.
How About You?
You ideally have proven experience as a training coordinator in a similar role within a busy and complex organisation. You bring with you hands-on experience coordinating training events and a passion/strong interest in the logistics of training. You have top notch administration, systems (PowerPoint, Word and Excel) and support skills and enjoy the pace of a busy organisation where you have multiple focus areas at any point in time. You are positive and proactive and enjoy being part of a team. Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship building skills will see you succeed in this role!
