JOB DESCRIPTION

Architectural Residential Builder TM Residential Projects are looking for an experienced Carpenter to join their enthusiastic and growing team. Work generally within 30 minutes of Brisbane CBD in a role that that allows growth and authority over jobs with assistance from management.

Must have:

  • Ability to accurately read and interpret drawings and sketches
  • Ability to take accurate measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed.
  • Ability to follow and work safely in a controlled environment.
  • Proven experience as a carpenter
  • Understanding of carpentry techniques and building methodology
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with clients
  • High organisational abilities
  • Own tools and transport
  • Quality assurance skills/eye for detail
