As a Ping Identity SRE Manager you will report to the Senior Director of Infrastructure Operations. You are involved in every facet of our On-Demand SaaS services. You will lead a group of experienced Site Reliability Engineers building, deploying, and maintaining the infrastructure of one of the largest identity platforms in the world. SREs are expected to provide input in the product's design, development, deployment, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team has the tools and training to support Ping's global platforms.
• Promote career development within your team.
• Coordinate development, delivery, and operational efforts with other SRE Managers globally.
• Coordinate development, delivery, observability, and operational efforts with Product Management and Application Development teams.
• This is a 24/7 on-call position with a rotation schedule.

You Have

• 3+ years leading SRE teams with a strong preference for leadership in a global organization.
• Experience in a high-volume, mission-critical production service environment.
• Experience with security design principles.
• Understanding of reliability design principles.
• Experience with Agile processes.
• Experience with Observability principles.
