As an experienced Workshop Supervisor/Sales Estimator, you will lead the team to achieve cost-effective and efficient manufacturing operations and meet high standards and compliance.

With a collaborative and customer-centric approach, you will maintain excellent relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring and planning workload for the workshop by managing production and projects as per the set financial and quality standards.

As a leader who role models a high level of safety standards, you will drive the performance of the team to perform welding and all manufacturing related activities following accepted Standards and Procedures in an economical, safe and sound engineering manner.

You are commercially focused and continually seeking opportunities to reduce costs, keeping them within the budget for each project.

As an everyday operational leader for the workshop team, you will set production and performance expectations at the beginning of every shift and regularly monitor the performance during those shifts.

With your engineering trade background and hands-on experience in managing heavy and light manufacturing fabrication and machining operations, manufacturing projects within small to large manufacturing facilities, you will be able to achieve great outcomes.

This role is based in Mount Thorley.
