• $50 - $80m Project Experience Desired
• Exposure to Tier 2 or 3 CSocial Infrastructure projects is preferred.

We're looking to recruit a Site Manager who can demonstrate a track record of successfully delivering projects $50-$100m in value, ideally in the social infrastructure (education, defence, community facilities) space. 

Who we’re seeking:

• SM to direct and manage all activity of staff, sub-contractors and consultants on site.
• SM to manage and ensure compliance with OH&S, QA, company policies and procedures.
• SM to develop, implement and maintain programme, site diary and supply records.
• SM to development and management of daily cost reporting

What we’re looking for:

• Trade qualifications, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent knowledge of construction trades and sequencing (structure, facade, finishes, externals and services)
• Ability to solve problems whilst maintaining subcontractor relationships and programme.
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholders both up and down the chain.
• Minimum 5 years' experience working as a Site Manager or at least 2 projects under their belt from start to finish.
