Construction Supervisor - Steelcraft Framing

Steelcraft Framing prides itself on delivering market-leading framing solutions to the construction sector. Due to our consistent growth and a solid pipeline of upcoming work, we are looking for a high-performing construction supervisor to join our team.

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Organising subcontractors for frame installations
• Performing frame checks as part of our QA process
• Ensuring builders schedules are met
• Point of contact for installation/site related matters
• Ensuring installation compliance with plans
• Actively promoting safe work practices
• Providing feedback and suggestions to design team
• Attending site meetings as our company representative
• Ability to carry out minor variations and rectifications whilst visiting sites
• Delivering extra or variation materials to site
• Actively seeking customer feedback and providing suggestions to continually innovate

The successful applicant will preferably have a carpentry background with steel frame exposure and at least 5 years post qualification experience.

A fully maintained company vehicle, mobile phone, computer tablet is included in your package.
