About The Role

We are seeking a 1st Year Carpentry Apprentice to join our team. Ideally, we are seeking someone who wants to work within the industry and is comfortable working at heights. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain an entry into the carpentry industry and learn off experienced tradesmen. You will be working on a variety of different projects that will enable you to gain exposure to a wide range of services.

You will be provided with your uniform and assisted in gaining your various tickets as you work towards becoming qualified.

This is a full-time apprenticeship.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Demonstrate a genuine, long term interest in the industry
  • Display a willingness to learn and take direction
  • Be comfortable with working at heights
  • Have basic knowledge of how to use and maintain hand tools
  • Hold a current Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Have obtained a Working at Heights ticket (or be willing to)
  • Possess a pre-apprenticeship in Carpentry (Certificate II in Building and Construction – Carpentry and Joinery Pathway) (desirable)
