About Digital Customer Experience
The Digital Customer Experience tribe (DCX) is responsible for the mobile experience of millions of ANZ customers. We build and operate the ANZ App and its platform, accelerating our delivery cycles to better serve our customers. Our platform includes iOS and Android apps as well as its respective ecosystems, microservices, myriad set of environments, operating systems, containers and cloud platforms.

We're looking for self-motivated full-cycle developers who have strong technology foundation and can identify and solve difficult open-ended problems and cope with a complex and versatile environment. What you will bring to Digital Customer Experience as an Engineer?
  • Hands-on technical experience and a can-do approach towards automation / management and continuous improvement
  • Understanding of customer needs to make sound judgments
  • Experience working in cross functional, Agile and continuous delivery teams
  • Strong attention detail and demonstrates problem solving capability to develop and deliver quality applications that delight customers
  • Have a thirst and willingness to expand knowledge with new technologies bringing benefits into the Tribe
  • Ability to code and script
  • Broad technical background across the technology stack (Network, VMs, OS, DB, Web, etc.)
  • Experience in solving application level design problems that result in robust systems
You might also have the following specialised skills:
  • Experience with Continuous Delivery Tooling
  • Comfortable using multiple scripting languages across Windows and Linux
  • Background in software engineering
  • Assisting Squads in becoming autonomous and promote self-service
  • Desire to automate everything
