Exciting opportunity to work for a commercial construction company who have established themselves as a major player in the civil and build sector over the past 15 years.

Working closely with the CFO, and a small accounts team, you will play an integral role ensuring processing is kept up to date.

Duties will include, but not be limited to;

  • Distribution of supplier invoices to Project Managers (PM) for authorisation
  • Track and follow up outstanding invoices with PM’s as necessary
  • Enter supplier and subcontractor invoices
  • Monthly reconciliation of Levesys to supplier statements
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding account enquiries
  • Prepare monthly pay runs
  • Processing of payments within Levesys and CommBiz
  • Send remittance advices via email to suppliers
  • Assist with Reception and other admin tasks on an ad hoc basis

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with Accounts Payable experience and excellent time management to work as part of this cohesive team.

We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills and personal presentation to assist at front of house where required.

Ideally you will have worked in the construction industry with intermediate to advanced MS Office (particularly Excel) and experience using Levesys would be ideal. Should you have used other project software including Jobpac, CHEOPS, Timberline - then please also apply.
