An exciting opportunity for a Building Manager to join a growing Building Management company and manage your own building.


About the role

  • Management, maintenance, and operation of all building services
  • Inspect building plant equipment HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical and common property, waste collection,
  • Plan preventative maintenance schedules & programs on common property
  • Maintain, organise budgets and schedules
  • Prepare reports for strata meetings and weekly updates, and defect reports
  • Ensuring that the assets are maintained in good repair, utilized in the most cost-effective manner and serviced in accordance with the statutory requirements, whilst maintaining the highest level of safety and customer service.
  • Managing the onsite teams -cleaners, gardeners and sub- contractors 
  • Compliance with the requirements for the building
  • Manage Strata Schemes, Community Schemes and BMC's
  • Prepare and distribute meeting notices, agendas and minutes
  • Arrange and carry out insurance claims and repairs
  • Attend and Chair AGM
About You
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' industry experience in a similar role
  • Experience in BMC, residential, strata, reports Commercial and retail, mixed-use
  • Previous experience in defect rectifications and building upgrade 
  • Understanding of the strata environment – bylaws enforcement, common property/lot property
  • Proactive and positive attitude with the ability to adapt to systems and procedures
