JOB DESCRIPTION

You are a motivated Service Desk Engineer with at least 2 years experience providing Level 1/2 support IT who is ready to take your technical skills and client-focus to the next level by joining our growing Service Experience Team. You are passionate about technology and love to work closely with colleagues and clients to deliver an exceptional ‘service experience’. You understand the value and importance of IT to an organisation and can translate complex technical ideas into plain English for non-technical users. You are well-organised, reliable and thrive working autonomously or in a team environment.

Due to time constraints, only Sydney residents with 2-4 years local experience will be considered.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, and a strong sense of empathy
  • Able to follow instructions and interpret business needs into required actions
  • Experienced in supporting Windows 10, Office Suite, PC Hardware, and network devices
  • Experienced in administering Microsoft 365 cloud platform
  • Experienced in responding to server, network, and backup alerts
  • Experienced in supporting end-users remotely and face-to-face
  • Abilty to integrate into fast-paced MSP environment and hit the ground running
  • Active contribution to existing knowledge base
  • Australian Driver's license and car.

  • Experience working for a local Managed Service Provider
  • Experience in supporting Citrix environments
