We actively seek a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect (SSA) to provide deep SAP product knowledge throughout ANZ

Position Summary

The SSA will serve as a dedicated SAP pre-sales resource to the Sales and Service Delivery organizations to support the meeting of revenue targets for SAP third party maintenance services. You will be responsible for articulating the Rimini Street support model and value proposition to prospects and partners. You will aid in the execution of sales strategies and positioning of the SAP product line by producing and delivering customer specific presentations. Additionally you will play a role in the continued improvement of service offerings and additional value added services.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Developing proposals and presentation content for specific sales opportunities
  • Presenting our support model and value propostion to prospective customer
  • Responding to customer questions and inquiries
  • Confirm the scope of service to be provided
  • Coordinate globally with cross-functional teams
  • Share product knowledge with the broader SAP team
  • Work with SAP leadership team to improve and expand our service offerings

Additional Duties & Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate may be called upon from time to time to contribute to other company wide initiatives in support of the growth and profitability of the SAP product line
  • Travel as required to support SAP product line sales & initiatives



  • Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree


  • Australia


  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in a SAP Product Line environment
  • 5+ years experience in Pre-Sales acitvities


  • In depth understanding of SAP software
  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal, written and presentation)
  • Strong documentation skills (Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Stong collaboration skills
  • Strong speaking skills (telephone, onsite, conference or seminar)
  • Languages Required: English
