JOB DESCRIPTION

My client is a large reputable Government agency based in Parramatta.

Due to a surge in activity, they are now seeking a number of Level 2 Support Engineers to join their team and resolve a backlog of support tickets.

The areas we are looking for specialisation would be: O365, Network, Security. 

The ideal candidate will have a background in a Level 2 function, with excellent troubleshooting ability and a customer service ethic.

Key skills required:

  • Proven track record working within Level 2 IT Support function
  • Strong troubleshooting ability in - Microsoft O365, Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive, and possibly expand into Exchange, SMTP tickets
  • Proven experience working through a ticket system to resolve issues effectively
  • Excellent Customer service ability 
  • First class communication ability - both verbal & written 

This role will be initially contracting until 30th June 2021 but with a very high chance to extend beyond.
