Our client provides skilled expertise and service offerings to support large scale projects for Telecommunications network construction and fibre optics infrastructure.

About the role
Reporting to the Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in the overall coordination of open projects. You will be responsible for but not limited to;

  • Creation of jobs in the system, ensure all documentation, permits and any other standard process checked off before go-live
  • Applying for permits and other on-site applications have been processed
  • Coordinate trades, materials, and services on site
  • Administration support for ISO Certification
  • Ensuring safe operating practices, policies, procedures, and statutory requirements are always adhered to and relevant forms on file
  • Provide administrative support by coordinating correspondence, preparing reports and handling information requests
  • Have a clear understanding of the client and contract scope
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, employees and public, both internal and external, ensuring positive interaction
  • Accurate data entry and record keeping of all activities undertaken
  • Additional administrative duties as required
About you

Alternatively, you might have Industry experience and look forward to joining a local business and being part of their success. Regardless of your technical experience and qualifications, to be successful in this role you will need to be;

  • Organised and able to multi-task
  • Confident picking up new systems with intermediate to advanced MS Office
  • Whilst you will have direct access to your Manager you are able to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Tertiary qualifications will be well received but not essential
