Someone who is passionate about taking the technology message of Citrix to our partners to address Cloud and Managed Services business needs.

Summary

As the Sales Engineer for the Citrix Service Provider (CSP) business you will be working with channel partners’ technical and sales teams to define and create business and technical value propositions for cloud and managed services technology solutions in the ANZ market.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with Citrix CSP Sales, in assessing the potential application of Citrix products to meet partner and customer’s business needs.
  • Defining and advocating technical go-to-market strategies, initiatives and direction for the CSP business that will have a direct impact on operational and financial results.
  • Showcasing your understanding of Cloud and Managed Services business models and technical environments to engage with partners.
  • Working in a consultative approach with MSP & CSP partner businesses to build viable, market-ready Workspace offerings.
  • Crafting and conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations remotely or at customer locations/Citrix facilities about Citrix products value proposition.
  • Building multi-product proof of concept solutions for customer evaluations as part of a sales engagement process.
  • Developing partner requirements that map to Citrix solutions, assist with overcoming technical and competitive objections, and accelerate the technical evaluation component of the sales cycle to close deals.
  • Interacting at the C suite level with partners regarding technical topics.
  • You will present at an executive level to multiple partners & prospects.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8-10 years plus prior sales engineering experience in a high tech environment helping partners or customers embracing technology.
  • Ability to articulate and understand the partner strategy and Citrix solution strategy; ability to make a compelling case for Citrix products.
  • Demonstrate high levels of technical and commercial acumen.
  • Experience communicating and presenting with partners and distributors to customers at a senior level.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with technical resources at all levels of a partner organization.
  • Ability to travel within ANZ region.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification experience as a Citrix Certified Professional or Citrix Certified Expert.
  • Certification and experience in architecting solutions on AWS and/or Azure.
  • Solid Understanding of Citrix competitive domain and technologies.
  • Desktop/Application/Server Virtualization.
  • Enterprise Mobility Management.
  • Networking and/or SD-WAN.
  • Agile ability to learn new products and technologies.
  • Able to diffuse complicated technical issues in political situations with all parties.
  • Able to handle a number of diverse tasks.
