We work with global partners to deliver clients the latest and most efficient lifting solutions. We keep our client?s lifting by turnkey service and inspections from our experienced team of service technicians and engineers.

Your new role

This role will require a pragmatic and results-driven Industrial Electrician focused on quality, safety and the best possible outcome for our clients.

GHE have a proven track record of designing, engineering, manufacturing and installing a wide range of customised solutions, including:

Gantry cranes

Jib cranes

Overhead cranes

Dumbwaiters

Goods Lifts

Vacuum lifters and attachments

Specialised lifting attachments

It will involve a variety of functions related to electrical controls, equipment, and wiring in an industrial plant or worksite including testing, troubleshooting, installation, and repair of existing electrical components and motors. Work will be spread between onsite and in our workshop/office.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience in the overhead lifting crane industry is beneficial but not compulsory, at least 3 years industry experience with industrial electrical work and an A Class Electrical Licence or equivalent.

You will demonstrate a high level of self-direction and initiative, able to work autonomously and as part of the team. Working with the operations team and service manager for the scheduling of tasks (both on-site and off-site) utilising GHE bespoke software for task management and reporting, training and performance reviews as required and any client/staff follow ups as required.

You will be an effective written and verbal communicator with a friendly and courteous manner. You will have a industrial electrical background, an eye for detail, be highly organised and motivated. You will possess a high level of accountability, take ownership and responsibility and have a proven history of being on time and on budget.

A utility vehicle, IPAD, phone and uniform/PPE will be supplied as a minimum.
