Opportunity:

As Project Quality Assurance Engineer you will be responible for providing support at all stages of this major subsea project from planning through to execution, closeout & handover

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Project Quality Management System maintenance, implementation and compliance monitoring.
  • Regular review and update of Project Quality Management Plan throughout life of the project.
  • Driving project objectives within the project team and verification of compliance.
  • Ensure project KPIs are aligned with objectives and analysed on a monthly basis.
  • Develop and implement Project Audit Plan. Ensure timely planning and execution of project audits.
  • Ensure timely issue of audit reports and follow up on audit findings for proper close out and implementation of corrective & preventative measures.
  • Ensure that all audits are value added and proper assessment and objective evidence of compliance is pursued.
  • Perform quality review of Internal and Subcontractor/Suppliers project deliverables as required.
  • Directly responsible for NCR logging, tracking and closeout management.
  • Monitoring closeout of Punch List Items identified under the PIMS punch list register.
  • Manage site QC inspectors and conduct site visits to Supplier's and Sub-Contractor's facilities as required.
  • Interface with PMT and provide quality review and support during all phases.
  • Coordinate preparation and delivery of Interim Certification dossiers
  • Interface with Contractors/Partners and Company as required.
  • Develop project quality work instructions for various scopes of work as required.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) where necessary.
  • Provide weekly quality reports.
  • Take time to ensure personal safety and recognize safety concerns for fellow team members, reporting potential safety issues and unsafe acts.

Experience:

  • 5+ years experience in O&G EPCI Project
  • ISO9000 series standards
  • Quality Management Systems & Quality Planning
  • Risk Based Audit Planning and Execution of Audits
  • KPI Set-up and Analyses
  • Coordination of Site Based QC Resources
  • Offshore/Subsea installation experience
