Qualifications & experience
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Proven experience across civil and urban infrastructure, roads and earthworks projects.
Excellent communication, teamwork and leadership skills
A positive attitude and genuine drive to achieve collaborative success.

Tasks & responsibilities
Development of strategic plans that actively manage safety, time, quality, scope and costs throughout all project phases.
Strategic procurement of materials and contractors and management of contract execution and administration.
Provide leadership and support for site management team in planning, execution and supervision of the works.
Review and contribute to safety and environment management plans and ensure compliance in their implementation.
Provide verbal and written reports and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Develop project front ends including engineering management, constructability, planning, scheduling and estimating.
