Senior Project Engineer- Central Coast, New South Wales

Lendlease Building is searching for a Senior Project Engineer to join one of our key business units, User Experience, that will be based on a large residential building project in the Central Coast, NSW.

The Lendlease User Experience team provide project management, design and construction services to our national and multi-national corporate clients across broad property portfolios. We have transformed the performance of our clients’ people and places across a diverse, multi sector portfolio, including commercial, retail, banking, fuel, education, retirement and aged care projects.

The Role:

As the Senior Project Engineer will see you manage and resolve the detail design for the project, lead and mentor a team of project and site engineers whilst managing subcontractors and service suppliers to deliver a successful construction project. This will involve developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the procurement strategy, as well as the Quality Management Plan.

Requirements:

  • Experienced Senior Project Engineer having delivered large building projects (up to $100 million value) preferably on new build residential projects.
  • Relevant engineering or construction management qualifications
  • Effective leadership capabilities will also be key as will a passion for customer focused outcomes, driving safety, quality, and sustainability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative nature.
