JOB DESCRIPTION

The NOC engineer role includes the upkeep and management of the companies infrastructure. You will be required to take control of all the 1st and 2nd level support tickets in NOC raised by customers. You will be responsible for the on boarding process for new customers. You will need to complete your accreditations as outlined and agreed by you and your Manager. You will provide
onsite support as required for faults as well as support for projects. You will be responsible for daily and weekly Preventative Maintenance tasks as well as generating scheduled reports for managed services customers. You will be responsible for the monitoring and reporting of our infrastructure and customers.

This role requires that you have a strong fundamental understanding of
switching/networking/Microsoft experience and skills.

You are also expected to be able to provide good customer services and the ability to speak clearly with customers over the phone as well as within our ticketing system.
