The Role

This hands-on role will be responsible for supporting the Transitions & Client Change Implementation teams with specialist testing, configuration and documentation functions.

The role will encompass a mixture of

  • Project-related User Acceptance Testing
  • Trust Architect database configuration and ancillary system configuration to support Transitions, Client Change Implementation and Operations Teams
  • Project documentation support to Transitions and Client Change Implementation projects
  • Occasional management of small projects such as Fund Closures, Fund Launches, Restructures, Rebrandings and other Client Change Implementation projects

The Specialist will also be responsible to ensure that their functions comply with the agreed company priorities, standards (including performance and scalability) and processes throughout the life cycle are completed using existing or newly-implemented methodologies. Part of the role responsibilities is to constantly look for and recommend process and service improvements.

  • User acceptance testing and test execution
  • Making configuration updates
  • Engagement with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintaining team quality standards, artefacts and controls
  • Providing support and subject matter expertise to broader business in major projects and transitions
  • Ensuring scalable and risk-centric approach is adopted
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders on project deliverables

What you will need

  • Experience in Financial Services, ideally in Custody, Unit/Share Registry, Superannuation or Funds Management Operations
  • Experience in either system or user acceptance testing
  • Experience with working in a project or program environment
  • Experience with contributing to, or driving, testing documentation and reporting
