VCAT serves Victorians by giving the community access to a forum for resolving disputes and making decisions where required by law in its Administrative, Civil, Human Rights, Planning and Environment and Residential Tenancies Divisions.
About the role
Are you a passionate HR professional who wants to make an impact with your ideas? You will be responsible for delivering customer support and offer solutions aligned with organisational priorities to Members, managers and staff.
About you
We are looking for:
• Previous experience in providing high-level advice to managers and supervisors across industrial framework's and instruments.
• Superior customer services skills with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the Tribunal. Exceptional Stakeholder management skills and the ability to effectively influence others.
• Knowledge of and experience working with Public Sector or equivalent policies, agreements and frameworks, employment related legislation, the NES and industrial agreements and/or modern awards.
