bout the Role

Key accountabilities include but not limited to:

Coordinating with Managers and Superintendents on Engineering, temporary works, scheduling and status of the project;
Providing overall progress reports and other reports related to schedule, cost and manpower;
Interpreting Engineering documents and drawings for field personnel;
Monitoring and coordinating the preparation, maintenance and change of construction schedules, methods, manning charts and equipment requirements;
Developing and overseeing inspection practices of Site Engineers to ensure effective and satisfactory progress and completion of all work areas for the project; and
Carrying out progressive Engineering audits of temporary works in accordance with the audit schedule.

About You

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

Tertiary qualification in Construction/ Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Construction industry with civil project experience preferred.
Specialist experience in Project Engineering and working knowledge of Project Management.
Competent in planning and organising work schedules and a demonstrated ability to deliver to timelines.
Strong working knowledge of HS&E requirements and implementation of the same.
Demonstrated ability to lead, organise and motivate others.
Have valid Australian working rights.
