THE OPPORTUNITY


We are seeking a customer service focused individual to provide Desktop support in our Adelaide CBD office one day per week. This position is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door into the IT industry while you are studying. You will report to the National Manager for Corporate IT and work closely with the Office Manager ensuring Laptops are imaged and ready for new starters.


DESIRED EXPERIENCE


  • Exposure to Windows10
  • Exposure to MS O365
  • Understanding/Implementation of Group Policy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical knowledge of desktop, laptops
  • Responsive and Self-motivated
  • Incident troubleshooting and Resolution
  • Can work in a team environment
