Work with a consultant who retained all of their staff through COVID and have come out bigger and better, with a pipeline of projects for years to come. Their loyal base of developers have continued to thrive, going from strength to strength. 

Our client is looking to add an experienced Landscape Architect / Urban Designer to join their team. Working from their modern offices in Melbourne, you will be able to bring your design flair to the table, working closely with their internal departments and liaising with external stakeholders. 

The position

  • Work with key developers in bringing their projects to life
  • Utilise your design flair to produce an outcome for their clients that is unique and second to none.
  • Maintain quality standards in the delivery of projects
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients/developers
  • Source and build new client relationships through your extensive networks and various events on a consistent basis.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with Councils and Authorities

What can you bring to the role?

  • Prior experience in a similar role working across large greenfield developments. through to smaller development projects is essential
  • An ability to solve problems quickly, providing the right outcome for your clients. 
  • A drive and will to succeed, in achieving the desired client result
  • Tertiary degree and/or Masters in Landscape Architecture or Urban Design
  • Excellent communication skills both written (report writing) and verbal
  • Excellent presentation skills
