We are seeking a Presales Solution Architect with deep experience in Salesforce to join our growing practice.

About The Role

The Pre-Sales Architect plays a critical client-facing role, working alongside Sales Directors and Client Account Leads to support sales activity in new and existing client accounts. The Pre-Sales architect engages to interpret and translate client requirements into viable, scalable solutions that helps our customers solve problems and meet business objectives. You will design, estimate and price Salesforce solutions to meet and exceed a client’s business requirements. Working within the Go-To-Market team you’ll build their trust. You’ll attend first call meetings, prepare showcases, give verbal pitches and respond to RFPs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the Salesforce components required to meet the business goals.

  • Define how the components of Salesforce solution relate to each other and how they will support the capability or business area.

  • Estimate solutions using your expertise and Accenture’s estimating guidelines.

  • Support offshore teams in the pricing and commercial structure of deals

  • Identify and address application and data issues that affect application integrity.

  • Identify cross-capability and cross-release issues that affect the business architecture integrity.

  • Work with other architects to ensure the application components align with a specific architecture component and meet performance goals.

  • Identify risks and assumptions associated with the applications.

  • Work with other technology architects to create an end to end business and technical solution.

  • Above all, be able to clearly articulate how the Salesforce solution drives client value and delivers their business objects.

  • Skills And Experience Required

  • Passionate about your work, self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • You will have superb communication and project-management skills, and be able to communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy-to-understand way.

  • You will deal with highly ambiguous problems, taking full control and responsibility for finding solutions, and will drive towards simple solutions to complex problems.

  • You will have demonstrated experience in Pre-Sales or Solution Architecture role including bid responses and pitch delivery.

  • You will have experience in software delivery

  • You’ll have demonstrated your leadership skills by running a team or teams.

  • You may have demonstrated experience in Salesforce.com including one or more current Salesforce certifications or demonstrated progress in Trailhead.

  • You may have sales or pre-sales experience.
