You will join the NAB Conferencing platforms team that looks after both BAU and engineering aspects for Zoom, Cisco VC endpoints and digital media players. You will provide 2nd level operational support, training, implementation, maintenance, monitoring and providing change management support of Audio Visual (AV) Solutions and conferencing technologies (Zoom based) internally in locations within Workplace.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by external customers and other team members through various channels including phone, email, web and ticketing.
  • Proactive and reactive monitoring of internal and external AV systems and Zoom platform
  • Review and assess AV/VC solutions.
  • Provide Zoom use training and guidance.
  • Identify bugs, test, reproduce, report, and work with the escalation engineers to assist with a fix and test/verify fix versions.
  • Provide ideas and assist with creation of documentation and training material for external and internal content.

What you will bring:

  • Experience working in a Workplace Operations environment dealing with multiple levels of stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of AV/VC architecture and protocols
  • Experience with ProAV installation and deployments
  • Experience in the support and deployment experience with Cisco, Polycom or similar video infrastructure.
  • Experience with SaaS based conferencing solutions
  • Strong sense of ownership to drive outcomes.
  • A strong understanding of enterprise network.
  • Solid understanding of communication protocols such as SIP/H323 and network concepts including network security
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for learning.
  • Experience with unified communications suite products.
