Frontline HR are a privately owned and established in 2001, Frontline Human Resources operates across South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland employing over 35 full time staff servicing both small, medium and large enterprise.

We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Site Manager. This unique opportunity has become available for an experienced Site Manager to join an already very successful construction company.

We are seeking a Site Manager with a proven track record in managing luxury custom built homes and delivering outstanding results in a safe, efficient and effective way.

Working closely with management, your duties are varied and include but are not limited to:

  • Reading and interpreting plans and drawings to ensure construction work is completed accurately and according to plan specifications
  • Liaising with Consultants, Clients, Architects and stakeholders
  • Follow Program to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high quality standard of work
  • Managing the site and the workers to comply with Industry Safety requirements.
  • Read and understand all Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) provided and ensure they are implemented.
  • Coordinate trades and deliveries on site to ensure program expectations are met.
  • Producing and managing the distribution and communication of the individual subcontractor programs extracted from the main program.

What We Are Looking For?

As the successful applicant, you will have 3 or more years of experience in the construction industry in a site manager capacity with demonstrated experience in design and construct.

With outstanding inter-personal leadership skills, a calm yet efficient demeanour and an ability to handle the pressures associated with major building construction projects, you will relish the satisfaction gained from taking pride in your work and helping to deliver customers dream homes.
