Full Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Assistant to join the Dale Alcock team. The successful candidate must be a motivated and team-orientated individual, with a flexible can do' approach.

Your responsibilities will include:
Ensure sufficient support to the Manager is provided in a professional and timely manner attending to the priority of requests - effectively and methodically
Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
Monitor all correspondence (emails; letters etc) & distribute accordingly and update where required
Maintaining supplier relationships through email and phone communications on behalf of management
Attend to agenda, meeting outcomes, action items and distribute all documentation for various meetings
Meetings prepared, arranged and attended with minutes recorded accurately with timely distribution - Actions closed and reported on as required


To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate:

Highly developed phone manner
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Have the ability to prioritise and multi-task
Strong ability in Microsoft Office
Have the ability to demonstrate customer service skills to develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers
Ability to lead a team
